At Concept Engineering we have an extensive pool of carefully screened personnel available to you at short notice.

All our candidates undergo a comprehensive interview and assessment process and are thoroughly reference checked. What we do for you:

• If a suitable candidate isn’t available we will advertise the position, at no cost to you.
• We arrange an interview at our office and put together a profile of the candidate.
• Qualifications, skill levels, licences and references are thoroughly checked.
• If applicable, employees must complete an O.H & S. induction to ensure they understand safe work place practices.
• Profiles of suitable candidates will then be presented to you.
• All you have to do is select your preferred candidate.

Our sales representatives will be on site to introduce the new employee at commencement of employment. Where applicable Concept will supply all candidates with PPE (personal protective equipment). Concept Engineering will service the site at least once a week for the collection of timesheets and to ensure client satisfaction. Our staff are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to support both clients and employees.
