JOHN ALLEN: BRANCH MANAGER

John has over 25 years experience in all the labour hire industry, and has been with Concept Engineering for over 11 years. He has extensive industrial relations experience and is presently chairman of the Victorian Labour Hire Contractors group. John has a trade background that helps him understand difficult requests and interpret the best solution for our clients requirements.

MICHAEL SCHUTT: RAIL INFASTRUCTURE

Michael has over twenty-five years experience in labour hire and is a specialist in the rail industry. He has worked closely with all levels of management while also maintaining a good working knowledge of the working at the shop floor level. Michael also has many years experience with industrial relations and is very familiar with award interpretations.

PAULL SWEENEY: SERVICE AND OPERATIONS

Paull has a trade background as a Special Class Welder and has strong OH&S experience. He is responsible for recruitment and placement of candidates that suit the clients requirements. He also regularly visits client sites to ensure field employees are meeting client expectations.

LUKE WEARN: OPERATIONS AND SUPPORT

Luke has more than 6 years experience in the Labour Hire Industry. After spending two and half years in the field working for Concept as a storeman, forklift driver and trades assistant, he took up an opportunity in the office environment. His field experience gives him insight to provide support for all sales consultants on the road, field employees, while also maintaining involvement in the selection of suitable candidates and marketing and assisting with payroll and other administrative duties.

ALLAN BLACKSTOCK: SALES AND SERVICE

Allan has many years of experience in the industrial tyre and forklift industries, covering all facets from sales and servicing to the hands on end of the business. He worked mainly in the heavy industrial sector including earthmoving and stevedoring. He has a very friendly down to earth approach and is committed to high level customer service.

RON BRANCH: TRADE SERVICES MANAGER

Ron has been in recruitment and labour hire for the last 29 years with the main focus being within manufacturing, production and special projects. He has held many positions from Operations Supervisor, Purchasing Officer, Service Representative, Sales and Branch Manager. He possesses a friendly nature and is committed to providing exceptional customer service.
