Concept is currently progressing with gaining certification to ISO9001:2008 and successfully passed the Stage 1 Audit.
Concept, since its inception in 1977 has been an innovative and leading Recruitment and Labour Hire supplier to industry and has decided that it is time to have these skills and attributes recognised by a leading industry body such as SAI Global. Whilst the systems at Concept are robust and built on a solid foundation, it still provides a challenge and an interesting angle for our business to continue to stay focused.
The aims of gaining certification allows customers to have an increased level in confidence when dealing with Concept as it ensures that the systems of operation are truly sustainable and provide for seamless arrangements to be made whilst endeavouring to continually improve service expectations. For employees it also allows for more transparency and alignment between the states and whether they are employed in NSW, VIC, SA or QLD the process and results will remain the same.
