Concept has in place a number of policies which establish boundaries for acceptable behavior and guidelines for best practices in certain work situations.  They offer clear communication to our employees as to how we expect them to act.  Policies also contribute to the overall culture of the workplace, because they introduce and maintain ‘norms and values.’  The also form part of the requirements for compliance with Australian Standards for Quality and Safety Management.

Concept strives for continuous improvement and having policies in place that promote best practice and inspire appropriate and beneficial behavior are key in achieving this.
