Reporting Incidents

Incident Reporting

All employees have a duty to take reasonable care for their own health and safety and ensure they do not adversely affect that of others. Part of this process is reporting any near misses, incidents, injuries or damage to property or equipment.

Incidents can vary in seriousness but to prevent these from happening (or happening again) we need to report these to the relevant people on each site so that mitigation measures can be taken. It could be as simple as some debris on the ground or a non-functioning taillight on a forklift, all of these can have the potential cause harm or damage. By reporting something you can assist in the process to review and adjust the process, equipment or action.

Please take the time to read the attached flyer and look for opportunities to report incidents, you never know the incident you may assist in avoiding.
