Victorian Staff Member Leaves

Concept is sadly saying goodbye to one of its internal employees.

In November of 2011, Maddison joined the Concept team commencing in the Victorian Office in the payroll and administration sector.  Maddison’s background lay in Personal Training and administration and possessed scheduling and people management skills, the latter, ideal talents for a role within the labour hire industry.

Labour Hire is a very different industry from the one Maddie was used to and coming into a new environment and straight into a weekly payroll of nearly 100 employees is daunting, but Maddison, with limited payroll exposure grabbed the opportunity with both hands, picked processes up quickly and performed very well.

Maddison, or Magnum as she became known, was a valuable member of our team who completed duties in most areas of the business including workcover, debt collection, employer contributions and operations.  Additionally, she completed a Certificate III in Business Administration and a number of workcover courses through our insurance provider.

Outside of Concept, Maddie is very active with gym activities and her dog Beretta.  She also commenced training with the Berwick Diamonds American Football team and was progressing well playing as a wide receiver before a knee injury curtailed that endeavour.

Maddie was an asset to Concept, her bubbly demeanour provided for a number of light hearted memories that all in the office will remember and her straight up attitude left you in no doubt where her stand point was on certain subjects.

Nearly 2 years on, Maddison has made the tough decision to leave and pursue other opportunities closer to home.  Concept wish her the best in her career.
