When working for Concept

When working for Concept

So you have braved the interview and got through the selection proves and been engaged by Concept, think that was the hard part, think again.  Now you are in the field, now the real hard work begins.

To be a SUCESSFUL labour hire candidate and employee takes concentration, commitment and awareness.  Below, we detail a couple of aspects that all Concept employees are expected to follow.

Your first day:

  • Dress appropriately for the role, and always wear your protective foot wear.
  • Punctuality and reliability is an essential part of our service standards and this does influence the client. We would ask that if you accept an assignment with Concept, you commit to the full-length of the placement.
  • REMEMBER: you are an ambassador for Concept and as such you are expected to conduct yourself at the highest standards at all times.
  • We at Concept will advise you in writing the correct start time, the contact person and of course the address, we will also meet you at the site on your first day so as to introduce you to the contact and participate in your site induction.

Communication

  • This is a must! If you are unable to attend work (the assignment) for any reason you have the responsibility to contact Concept at least 1 hour before your starting time, this allows us to contact the client and advise them.
  • On the other hand you also must contact us (Concept) if you are leaving the site for any other reason other than completing a shift.
  • Always remember, you are a part of the Concept family and together we will work to achieve our goals, and communication is a must.

For more information, please see the Employee page on the Concept website or for other  routine matters please call Concept during office hours, for more urgent enquiries call your consultant as we do provide a 24hr service.
